Nội dung thông cáo ( Situation):

- Thông cáo này dành cho dòng xe BMW khi bật nhạc bằng các thiết bị gắn ngoài (MP3/MP4, điện thoại,...) thông qua cổng AUX nằm ở giữa xe, âm thanh phát ra tệ.

- When playing music from an external device (e.g., MP3/MP4 player, cell phone, etc.) connected to the AUX-IN socket in the center console, the audio output is bad.

Nguyên nhân ( Cause):

- Do cổng AUX_IN bị lỗi kết nối.

- 1. The AUX-IN connector is not plugged in all the way.

2. The AUX-IN socket is defective.

Giải pháp (Correction):

- Kiểm tra cổng kết nối AUX-IN và thử kết nối lại nếu không hiệu quả thì thay cổng AUX-IN mới.

- Step 1:

Check whether the AUX-IN connector is plugged in all the way by disconnecting and reconnecting the AUX-IN cable. When reconnecting the AUX-IN cable, make sure the AUX-IN connector is pushed all the way into the AUX-IN socket (slight force may be applied to overcome resistance).


^ When the AUX-IN is working correctly, explain the issue to the customer.

^ If not, refer to Step 2.

Step 2 (only if necessary):

Replace the AUX-IN socket if the AUX-IN connector is already plugged in all the way and it is still not working correctly..
