Nội dung thông cáo (Situation):

- Thông cáo này dành cho dòng xe BMW gặp tình trạng màn hình HDU không hoạt động, mã lỗi: 0xB7F6E3 được hiển thị.

- The Head-up Display is inoperative.

^ Fault code 0xB7F6E3 - HUD: Communication error (HUD does not answer) is stored in the Instrument Cluster (KOMB25)..

Nguyên nhân ( Cause):

- Một lỗi phần mềm trọng cụm đồng hồ ngăn không cho màn hình HDU hiển thị.

- A software error in the instrument cluster prevents the Head-up Display from activating.

Giải pháp (Correction):

- Không cần thay thế bộ phận nào, chỉ sử dụng Ista chuẩn đoán lỗi và lập trình lại ISTA/P 2.53.2/3.53.3 cho xe.

- Do not replace parts!

1/ Perform a vehicle test using the latest ISTA (Integrated Service Technical Application) diagnostic software.

· Always connect a BMW approved battery charger/power supply (SI B04 23 10).

2/ Reprogram the vehicle using ISTA/P 2.53.2/3.53.3 or later.

· F30/F30H/F31/F32/F33/F34 - New integration level: F020-14-07-503 or higher

Note that ISTA/P will automatically reprogram and code all programmable control modules that do not have the latest software.
